Different target audiences with different needs and knowledge
SBSC needed their website to simplify something complex, communicate the benefits of what they do, and provide visitors with more than their previous site. Nearly one hundred certifications had to be clearly presented, and their search function contained a large amount of data that required reviewing for both functionality and appearance. The new website also had to be integrated and work with other important systems.
SBSC asked for a modern and easily navigated site that fulfils their customers’ wishes. We began with a deep dive into their target audience. Together we created clear personas and researched what they want to do, know and feel from the new website.
Modernised, visual and customer focused.
The project involved many of our areas of competence – strategy, design, copy, development, SEO and digital marketing. We worked with their graphic profile and tonality and brought forth a new structure with new functions. We created an entirely new visual identity.
Today the site features a clean flow, animated videos and texts that give visitors a clearer picture of everything certification involves. We also gave the large search function a makeover. Despite all the unique pages and large amount of data presented, thanks to modern hosting and our newly developed WordPress theme, the site is still fast.
But the job didn’t stop there. Together with SBSC we work continually with ongoing development and digital marketing as well as the occasional printed material.
